Purchased my sofa in September and was told delivery on the 11th Dec then informed the date was put back to the 24 to the 27th Dec
Them changed to 11th Jan 2021 then was told 18th Jan after calling them once again today as they don't bother to let you k ow what going on it is now not expected until the end of February or March and that is still not guaranteed
I have now cancelled my order and will also be challenging them legally for compensation
I would never use this company ever again disgusting customer service !!!!!!
