Absolutely disgusted with the aftersales service from this company. would not entertain a warranty claim within the 1st month of delivery on a £1200 settee which was defective from new. Tried for over a year to get satisfaction from them, but had no success. Definitely won't be using them ever again or recommending the Company.
Gave up trying in the which was what they expected would happen.
