do not deal with this company at any cost there are hidden fees, after waiting for more than a month that they do not mention before purchasing, they said to pay 70 £ for the fitter then when the fitters came in they said why haven't you lift the carpet, they wanted to charge extra for lifting up the carpet which I wasn't aware of. there is not anywhere you can complain.
