I ordered my sofa on Boxing Day, to then be told it would not be delivered until April. I then asked to use my 14 day cooling off period, to be told that wasn’t an option on an online purchase. How else during Covid could I buy when the shops were shut??
I have since been advised twice that they can’t even keep to that ridiculous timeframe!!
