Sofa and recliner received 19 th Jan this year,seating (pads) nothing like the website display or the one tried out at waterlooville store,have chased them up,got home serve visit,report put in 12 Feb 21
Had to chase up only to be told no further action needed,they are having a laugh,our seat pads are flat with slight rise but website ones are nice and high and firm,DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FIRST AND LAST TIME
WE WILL USE THEM
