Horrible customer service and disgraceful after sales. Received one month late no communication, have to chase by self. Arrived damaged and after 2 weeks sofa look (see photo) like 20 years old. returned sofa week ago and no money refund. still waiting. Do not trust absolutely disgraceful quality. They don’t care of people. They have always sales, probably all sofas returned. Now have to sit on floor as can’t by new sofa before get my money from scs.
