Shocking service in terms of carpets!!!!
Bedrooms fitted 4th June
Booked in for today to fit stairs and lounge with a different fitter as original one, Alex, couldn’t do it sooner
Alex was supposed to deliver gripper to us Thurs or Friday .. still waiting
Rang customer service this morning to be told our order was complete and carpets fitted
No, they’re not!!!
Where is the customer service!!
