Terrible service. Please do not put yourself through the hassle of ordering carpet from SCS. Zero customer service and my staircase still only has half the steps carpeted after nearly 2 months of waiting.
Cannot get hold of the store over the phone. Fitting has been pushed back several times. Furious is an understatement.
