If I could give 0 STARS I would... I generally have a lot of sympathy for companies during the pandemic situation but honestly felt SCS used this as an excuse. If you are considering buying carpets from this place no matter how much discount and promotions they offer please avoid - I wish I went with a more local company and got the job done quicker. I waited since October 2020, yes October 2020 to have my carpets installed, SCS made so many mistakes honestly it cost me a fortune taking time off work, sorting childcare it actually stressed me out. I was promised around Feb/March for the carpets to be delivered, moved to April, then May . May being only part delivered (apparently the carpets for one bedroom was not quality checked) then fully completion carried out in July. There was a constant excuse every time and please be aware SCS was not considerate in any manner, they do NOT care about you just your money. Anyway, this was my experience and I won't be using them again!!
