We ordered a sofa, loveseat, chair, and footstool on February 4, 2021. Delivery was promised for May 11. The same day, we received a text saying there was a delay. The order was subsequently delayed FIVE more times, with one kind of bs excuse after another. We cancelled our order and were able to purchase furniture from another company who delivered in less than a week at a better price! I don't know how this company stays in business. Customer service is horrible. I will NEVER buy anything from this despicable company again. Avoid at all costs. The only thing you can count on from SCS are excuses.
