Communication issues from day 1.
Delayed due to communication.
Carpets laid with wrong underlay, damage to my property, door bars poorly fitted and damaged, carpet not laid correct too slack.
Complaints ok as executive office okay but fail to answer questions and try and hide behind terms and conditions that are not in the terms and conditions. No guarantee regarding refitting carpet basically if it fits after new underlay it fits. No diligence or care about customers once they have your money.
Be warned fitters are classified as agency, you have no contact or ability to contact the fitters until they turn up at your door. No checks no management of them if they do a good job its pot luck.
