What a scums. bought a sofa from these as*holes and the sofa seat got flat within few years. Their technician inspected furniture and listed whats needs to be fixed and these scums disagree to get it fixed while its still under the warranty and i did pay extra ££ for extended warranty services.. they claim that as it takes more than 6.5hour to get it done and they disagree to get it sorted.
