Our expensive Grey glitter carpet has been down only 18 months and is in a shocking state, pile flattened, glitter non existent, - called SCS to have a look, sent someone down about 2-3 weeks later and he said its ok and how it would be (was a nice lad in fairness) The carpet needs replacing!!! - they must think people complain for nothing

I am now getting carpet replaced by a local firm
I will NEVER EVER EVER use SCS again - cowboys who sell rubbish and treat people with no respect
