Due to the delivery difficulties nationally, we have had to cancel our order , the sales team did phone up to tell us the bad news and did offer some compensation + the possibility of a loan sofa , however there was no guarantee our order would be delivered in January so we asked for our money back ( over £500) which we paid in early August.
I was I little disappointed I had to phone back to chase up my refund, it was then paid back to me within 2 more days . I can't give a review on the sofas all I can say that in store they whwr very comfortable.
We have ordered a sofa from elsewhere ,in stock delivery within 10 days not 6 months.
