£6000 Worth of Lazyboy sofas delivered almost two weeks ago. Foot on one was broken, so cannot sit on that part of the sofa. Was told replacement had been ordered on 30 November
This is seemingly a lie as we are now told it was ordered on 5 December. Company are long on apology and short on actually doing anything. Going back to shop is useless git sarcastically sneered at and then given a tatty bit of paper with some phone numbers on it, and told to speak to " aftersales care". Having made a lucrative sale, shop aren't interested.
