Ordered carpet & sofa at the end of September 2021 , was assured the items we ordered were GUARANTEED before Christmas.
We were informed late November our carpet wasn’t available until some time in January , went into the branch to choose a different one (limited choice). We have just been informed sofa is now January !! Avoid this company , they take your money upfront then let you down , total disgrace , wished I had paid more and gone to a trustworthy company.
