I’ve tried to write two clear reviews on their site about service and both times the reviews have been ‘moderated’ and not published. Here is what I had to say on the last one:
Carpet fine, service poor
Estimator did not turn up, SCS did not have record of appointment. Made new appointment, estimator came, did not hear back, chased store and managed to order carpet. Delays in arrival, with no communication. Can’t speak to store on phone have to go through customer services that don’t have info.

Never again
SCS are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Estimator not turning up, no communication, can’t speak to the local branch and customer service don’t pass on messages. Was not a smooth process.
