Terrible service, don't reply to emails , lie, don't respond to complaints, hold on to your money! I'm awaiting refund for deposit for a no sofa £500! refund for a broken ring door bell that delivery drivers damaged £170! Delivery drivers ripped sofa trying to deliver which they said was a refused delivery! Compensation payment of £135! Just lies and lies that's from head of customer services Rachel browns department, ceo office Margaret doesn't get back to you either! I've provided ring door bell evidence too! Get a grip just avoid at all costs, I'm at my wits end! Sat on garden furniture for months! Shocking horrible experience no support! Nothing just a heap of lies and failings on the part of scs!
