Furniture insurance and warranty on a lazyboy sofa was a complete waste of money with SCS.
Reclining function not working properly and following an engineer visit told not a manufacturer fault so they aren't considering the claim ?!?! Surely if it was a manufacturer fault it would be covered by a warranty anyway? Sofa isn't even 2 years old.
Dog chewed through a cable....ACCIDENT...not covered but accidental cover is included. GO FIGURE!
Don't waste you're money on this extra it doesn't cover anything.
