The WORSE customer service from any company I have ever purchased from. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Ordered our carpets in October for delivery and fitting in January for new house, carpets were never ordered in time so there was a 3 week delay in fitting. Held up other furniture deliveries etc. Offered a £100 good will gesture refund. 7 weeks later, still no refund and now refusing to speak on the customer service line.
