Customer service woes
The chair itself is fine but the service from Scs was appalling . It was in stock a month before I could collect it as they have no way of physically calling there stores ? It’s all by email which nobody reply’s to. They promise the store will ring and they didn’t . Not even there customer service team have a telephone number to actually reach a member of staff ? Try ringing a store , good luck it goes through to a central hub who will connect you to the store and guess what , nobody picks up the phone . Customer service was woeful but the product is ok if you can put up with the hassle of trying to actually get it .
