took delivery of a sofa and two arm chairs a week ago, costing £6000 the recliners are defective and feel as if they are about to snap whilst in normal use , spoke with customer services and their next available slot to repair them is 7th July, when the sofa was sold to us we were told their service was second to none, however this to me is appalling service , they seam happy to sell you an item but not so keen to repair it
