I paid for Aftercare, I was assured that anything that went wrong would be covered. 2 years after I purchased in full for my sofa and the aftercare service I had an issue my sofa sits in full sun when they had to replace a cushion due to the sofa not being built correctly and damaging the sofa and a cushion the rest of of the cushion and sofa are now a different colour and the new cushion is nearly double the thickness of the rest so I cannot use it. I'm not kidding it's nearly double the thickness and 6 times the wrong colour shade I have issues with my back and I am partially disabled so for me to sit on this new cushion it's like my back is breaking. I certainly won't me using this company again and I would like my money back from the so called aftercare. What a joke!
