I concur the aftercare service is shockingly poor, don't bother ringing the shop you purchased the goods from either as they are not interested, all you are told is contact the after care service, don't ever expect a call back from them you have more chance of the queen calling you inviting you around for afternoon tea and cakes and to have a chat about how poorly her successive governments are at running our country.
