Disgusting customer service. I have colour loss on a leather settee which SCS promised to repair, even brought new leather covers to replace faulty ones. Their upholsterer said he was only booked in for 2 hours when it would take 6 so therefore he was unable to carry out the work required. After ringing SCS more than once to rearrange I was finally told 4 months later that they would not attend to any repair taking more than 4 hours labour. Surely they should have known this before promising the repair
