Purchased Cancace 2 and 3 seater sofa, made a complaint about the seats all sagging only had it 2 months. Aftercare came out to check it, took the whole sofa apart, why I don't know, only complaining about the seats. He said they would contact us in a weeks time, we'll that didn't happen. Phoned them after a month, they said there was a small tear which had been sorted out on the day. I didn't have a clue what they were talking about. Scs has just phoned to say there is nothing wrong with our sofas. So please whatever you do DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
