Sofa ordered 23/7/22.
Delivery date was promised 21/10/22. This date has changed multiple times and I was told that SCS had it in small print that 4 weeks either side of this date was acceptable.
Delivery date is now estimated 1/12/22 which is over 4 weeks late - trying to get communication with SCS is torture.
I’ve not even received the sofa yet and it’s been a terrible experience……
