Two things.
1. They tried to extort me when I was to buy carpet from them. They added far more square metres than I needed. I knew this when I went to another company for the carpet.
2. They added extra £450 to the sofa I bought from them calling it a dismantle fee. The sofa could have come in pieces while they assemble them in my house. Rather they brought them assembled and they would not fit in through the door. Then charge me 450 pounds extra. Very poor customer service.
