The sofas I have ordered in August have been delayed by over 2 months, the store have no idea what is going on with them, manufacturing will not talk to them, no one knows why my sofas have been delayed. I am now at the point of getting trading standards aswell as the financial ombudsman services involved if my sofas are not delivered. There has been no transparency regarding the issue that has occurred with my order. I feel as a customer I am not being treated fairly. I have also received a bad attitude from Alison at the Abbotsinch branch. I also have the chat transcript from another employee stating they couldn't help me further as they have laryngitis. I do not want to cancel my order as I have already waited 4 months for it. I have a 3 month old baby in the house and have had no sofas since October as I was told by a person on the phone I would have them by then. This meant I got rid of my furniture for delivery of new sofas. The abbotsinch manager has failed to contact me both times he has arranged to and I have had to chase him up but he is always in meetings. This is surely not how scs conducts business. This is still ongoing and I have heard nothing back.
