Made in store order which delivery was fine start of Oct then realised the premium care kit was missing. After many emails and phone calls between myself and SCS I am STILL waiting for something that I paid for and they haven’t given me. All I get every time when in contact with them is “sorry, but dispatch are sending again and will be with you in a few days”. Have even been given exact date of delivery and still not received. This is now coming up to THREE months from when the product should have been delivered. After cafe service is appalling…be careful
