We brought lazy boy chair and sofa arrived in February by June the seat on the chair had collapsed down needing a cushion on the seat to be able to sit on ,a chap came out and said they would replace the seating part of the chair a few days later an email said it would be 12 weeks for this to happen by which time our very expensive lazy boy chair would be 7 months old šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø When we rang to say we either wanted a new replacement chair or a refund a very unhelpful man said it has to have a problem within 30 days šŸ¤”šŸ„“ for either of these things to happen and it was a take or leave it offer for it to be repaired to say I’m totally disappointed and equally disgusted is an understatement
