Really poor customer service. Tried delivering the sofa to the wrong address, despite giving my current address at the start of the order, and also reconfirming during the ordering process.
Salesman sold me the wrong sofa initially at an inflated price, then tried to deny it when I checked the order.
Delivery now taking much longer than the 8-10 week lead time I was told by the salesman.
They only seem interested in commission, not customer experience.
Avoid!
