I really regret ordering a sofa from SCS. The company seems eager to get you to place your order, but once it's done, they no longer care. I went back to update my order 2 days later, and the same person who was so helpful the first time did not even care about listening to us ! I was told my furniture would be delivered within 6-8 weeks (confirmed for the new furniture too), but it’s actually 12 weeks and no one tells you that before you pay the deposit !!! When I called to inquire (because I had to, no one sends you updates), they simply told me the original 6-8 week timeframe was wrong and there’s nothing I can do, including canceling my order. Extremely frustrating! Customer service is awful. Would not recommend at all !!
