Stay away from SCS at all costs. Back in March we bought a new sofa and, with said sofa, came a discount on flooring - we took it. Boy did we make an absolute mistake.
I won't list out all the mistakes that have been made in details, because you'll still be reading 3 hours later but summed up;
- lack of accountability
- lack of organisation
- lack of ability to put notes on customer accounts
- store managers stating they've never heard about your situation, despite speaking on the phone numerous times
- promise compensation but don't give it (due to aforementioned lack of notes on accounts)
- customer has to do all the chasing (we're still doing so SEVEN months down the line)
Honestly, if zero stars was an option, I'd have used it.
