Currently waiting on delivery. No communication, impossible to get through to their contact centre and when you press 1 to get a call back they either don't call you or do 1 short ring and hang up. Local shop number call centre is saying it's closed so now I have to get a bus to go to the actual shop to get some resolution as I'm going on holiday and will not be here for potential delivery.
If I cannot cancel this order it will be the last time I order from them.
Shocking customer service.
