Should be a zero rating.
Bought an advertised 3 seater which started sagging within a few weeks.
Complained then had a visit fron assessor who told us it wasn't fit for 3 people and cushion was inferior, only to find his report to the Ombudsman said we were sitting too close to the edge. Enlisted Trading Standards whose attempt at getting a reply from SCS have ignored.
They just don't want to know once you have paid.
They have even ignored the manufacturers request to revisit my complaint.
Don't know how they are still in business.
