Diabolical customer service. Arranged on Tuesday for furniture to be delivered after 9am on Friday as there would be nobody home before that. 6pm Thursday evening driver phones to say he will be here between 7am and 9am. Spoke to same person at the delivery centre who made the original arrangements who now says that the delivery drivers can simply ignore any arrangements that have been mad if it suits them. Was offered the chance to make other arrangements but what's the point of that?
