The nightmare continues... Sofa delivered with holes in the base on 19th May. Lots of phone calls but no response. Eventually AFTER a review (3 weeks later, after ignoring previous correspondence) we get a response. We are told that a technician from Emmiera will come and examine the sofa. 7 weeks after having the sofa delivered, the technician arrives. The communication with ScS and the technician means that he hasn't got the right coloured materials to mend the base; the sofa also has NO fire safety label. We don't want the sofa, and have informed ScS about this on the few occasions they have responded to communication. I will be seeking legal advice as to where we stand with this fiasco.
