Paid over £3000 for a reclining sofa and chair thinking I was getting good quality furniture. After a year was crease wrinkled and saggy. Complained to SCS as I was paying over 4 years and didn’t want to carry on paying for this rubbish. After many emails and being ignored all they suggested was sending someone out to assess it at a cost of £60! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and quality. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Still paying for a sofa and chair I no longer have as it was so disgusting. Got far superior from DFS and over £1000 cheaper. I am absolutely disgusted that I have 2 more years to pay on an inadequate and horrible set of furniture
