Absolutely disappointed with my SCS sofa. I paid £1700 (some on interest free credit).
Delivered 19th June 2025 and the sofa is already sagging where I sit - and material loose and sagging. 2 seater electric reclining and each seat doesn't line up with the other.
Technician been - what a letdown! The mechanics work OK and he felt the sinking foam seats weren't a problem.
I will be taking this further. I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews but felt I should. If I could give no stars I would.
