SCS sofas crap and shabby that's the slogan they should be using,customer service - rubbish
Bought a Rio 3 seater and love chair from Swansea store, cushions dipping in the middle,back cushions dipping and curling inwards.Reported to customer services,they sent out a tech guy to look at the faults.And surprise nothing found,if only these reviews could show pictures of the rubbish they sell the public
