Bought a wing back chair in January and was told it would be ready in 7 weeks. It actually arrived after 9 weeks but that isn't my complaint. When it arrived one of the upholstered buttons was badly damaged and so I contacted scs for it to be repaired. I was told I would receive a visit shortly to resolve the problem. I waited another 3 weeks for an upholsterer to visit expecting it to be repaired. He simply confirmed what I'd told them over the phone and that he would need to order a button. But it wouldn't be long till he was back to repair it. 3 weeks later I get a phone call saying the button was now with them and the upholsterer would be out to repair it in........... 31 days time???? So a chair I bought in January has taken 5 months to be actually properly available in my home. This is the poor after care service that gives scs such low ratings on review websites like this. I certainly won't buy from scs again and I recommend anyone reading this do likewise. Very poor company
