I bought a very expensive La-Z-Boy sofa from SCS. Long story short, paid up front, very long lead time, no feedback from SCS, constant chasing to find out delivery dates, you get the picture.
The sofa arrived & all seemed well, but it turned out to be defective (an engineer eventually visited and determined that a piece of internal foam needed replacing). Well here we are 6 months later, still no fix & no follow up from SCS or La-Z-Boy. So it seems neither brand nor price are any guarantee of quality or customer service. Do yourself a favour & avoid both these brands!
