Purchased a Layzee boy sofa , took out the extra insurance on top of existing 10 year warantee....damaged by SCS in either their warehouse or in their delivery van- not covered by insurance, not covered by warantee, customer service really poor - no response to emails - poor response to phone calls, defensive and rude- I would never shop here again.
