Bad aftercare service problem with carpets after the 1st few months took them 12 months to come and view and the person who inspected the carpets(also works for them which as see as unfair) said was a problem with the carpet , then when i followed up was told he had stated it was wear and tear asked for a copy of the report as no information on the report and they will no longer deal with my complaint.
