We ordered a settee from Plymouth store they made an error and delivered it to my parents house delivery men rude over the phone we didn't get our settee went into the store and with no promise of delivery tommorow we cancelled it the staff in store were great but due to there error they lost a sale but other than that the staff were very helpful
