I have currently had no option but to take legal action against SCS which is now ongoing . I would never buy anything from them again , the leather settees and armchair purchased at a significant cost have a leather fault with the 'laminate' peeling- not a very attractive sight as the leather is chocolate brown and I now have large peach coloured patches where it has peeled . An independent report which I had no alternative but to seek (and pay for !) has concluded the fault is a manufacturer issue. SCS after sales is almost non existant - they are either dismissive or they do not respond at all !. I have followed the correct protocols as advised by Citizens Advice and even with legally worded letters and time frames I have been met with silence so clearly they as a company do not want to take either responsibility for faulty products they sell OR reasonable customer service - they are also NOT a member of the Furniture Ombudsman. Beware for spending your money with SCS.
