Aftercare service awful ! Paid over £2000 for a sofa.... after 6 months, few of the seats had sunken.
SCS dont want to know... and will not rectifier the issue as we hadn't 'dressed' them ourselves!
I dont expect to pay this kind of money and have to dress the sofa regularly, especially after 6 months ! No mention of having to do this when purchased !
