Bought a leather recliner. After 10 months the leather where you rest your head faded. SCS advise this was accidental damage but could not describe a specific accident. They have rejected claims for repair/replacement and point to the leather furniture guide, which says nothing about not touching the chair with your head.
Don't touch them with a bargepole. - A recliner that you cannot rest your head on: A guarantee that is meaningless. Trading standards and small claims court here we come.
