I really hoped all the bad reviews weren’t true, but oh yes they are. 2 sofas ordered early December. Phone call from ScS last week to arrange delivery for this week. A day before the delivery date another phone call saying the sofas had been delayed and they were not sure when we would get them. Promised to ring us back in a couple of days with a delivery date (yeah like that’s going to happen). How can they ring us to arrange delivery if the sofas aren’t ready? Somebody, somewhere needs a little training on planning techniques. Probably needs training on telling the truth also. Based on previous reviews of how ScS delay delivery I’m not hope that we’ll see the sofas anytime soon. I’ve now got to cancel the removal of our old sofas and lose the money paid up front for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, believe the bad reviews, they’re clearly true.
